As you enter from the two-car garage, you are greeted with a one-bedroom suite with a seating room with OLED TV, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette area complete with a 2 top-range stove, a mini refrigerator, and a sink.
Up one flight of stairs brings you to the main floor, featuring an open floor plan with LVP flooring, a walk-out balcony with spectacular mountain views, a stocked kitchen with a large granite island countertop, stainless steel hardware, and a half-bath. Enjoy a movie on the oversized couch or in the recliner, but take advantage of the big-screen TV and sound bar for your entertainment!
The last flight of stairs leads to the upper level, which has a large primary bedroom with a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with one queen bed, and the other has a bunk bed with a twin over a queen, with both rooms adjoining a full bathroom. Additional blow-up mattresses are available upon request. Virtual work can be done at a separate office area with a desk for reading or working outside the bedrooms. Lastly, there are full laundry facilities available to you including a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and steamer to make your stay even more convenient.
This townhouse is in a prime location with walkable access to the Icon Cinemas, In-N-Out Burger, and just off Interquest Pkwy, close to many restaurants and the brand new Scheels. Minutes away from the main USAFA entrance, this location provides convenient access to any part of the city.
